![]() Because the celebration would be incomplete without time spent at Stickley’s masterpiece, the finale weekend continues on Sunday with a slate of events to be held at the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms. The Log House will be open to tour at your own pace from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Special activities will take place throughout the day.
Centennial Brunch in North Cottage, 10 a.m. - noon UPDATE: The Centennial Brunch is SOLD OUT. Names are being placed on a waiting list. Join friends old and new for a sumptuous, fully-catered brunch while experiencing a rare peek inside the North Cottage. Members $25; Non-Members $35. Advance purchase required.
Fresh Eyes Tours: “Mr. Stickley’s Home” at 11:00 and 2:00 UPDATE: Both tours are SOLD OUT. Names are being placed on a waiting list. For this special centennial tour, at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.,we’ll bring our 2011 Grove Park Inn Arts & Crafts Conference Exhibition to life. Join Pete Mars for an in-depth look at Craftsman Farms’ architectural materials and building sites. Learn about recent scholarship and discoveries, and see Mr. Stickley’s Home through fresh eyes. Peter Mars is a furniture and home product designer with over 20 years in the field. For five years he was the Homekeeping Editor at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and designer of the Martha Stewart Everyday Garden Furniture Collection. Prior to that he was Assistant Chair of the BFA Interior Design Program at Parsons School of Design. Mars is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Craftsman Farms Foundation and Chair of the Education Committee
Join Michael Adams and Dawn Hopkins of Aurora Studios in the Education Room for a demonstration of their extraordinary work creating handcrafted lighting and architectural metalwork. Michael was one of the first contemporary craftsmen to incorporate the Arts and Crafts ideals, creating his first Arts and Crafts inspired lamp in 1974. Dawn holds a BFA in printmaking, and embraced coppersmithing in 1991. Free to members. Included in Open House Admission for non-members. No registration required.

![]() Centennial Open House, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. During a special Open House all are invited to revel in the enduring vitality of the Log House with a take-your-time exploration of this centerpiece of our centennial celebration. Docents will be stationed throughout the house to answer questions. New acquisitions will be on view and the master bathroom will be fully restored. No registration required.
