Description

With its compact diameter and pleasing proportions, this table–unlike some of the larger forms marketed during this time as “library” tables–seems eminently practical, functioning either as a side table next to a settle or divan, against a wall as a spot for a lamp or plant, and even as a stand-alone table in a smaller room. Reasonably affordable (in comparison to other models) and retailing for just $10.75 in 1901, it is surprising that it was only produced for two years.
