Description

The fireplaces in the bedrooms are narrower in size than those on the first floor, have six-panel screens, and both featured a "radiator" that went in front of the screen. The effectiveness of this object is unclear, but presumably being made of metal and its proximity to the fire would have allowed it to retain a bit of heat that would be continuously released to the room.
