Description

Despite the narrower width of the fireplace in the Dining Room, Stickley chose to keep the 8-panel configuration of the Fire Screen and simply compressed the form used in the Living Room screens for this example. In so doing, he lent a sense of visual unity to the floor's interior and differentiated these from the bedroom screens, each of which contain six panels.
